LibreOffice 3.5 za openSUSE

As an openSUSE user, you may want to run LibreOffice 3.5 on your machine as soon as possible. Don't you? Here is good news, Petr Mlandek writes on openSUSE mailing list, "I will do my best to prepare packages within next 3 weeks or so."

However, that may not be as easy as it sounds. Petr has a huge task at hand, "Note that LibreOffice switched to the time based release model, see http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/ReleasePlan#Summary. It means that .0 release might include annoying bugs. More conservative users should wait for later bug fix release."

Greg Freemyer has given anexcellent piece of advice to those who want to strengthen the openSUSE community.
So, if you want to see LibreOffice 3.5 in openSUSE, help out the developers in packaing testing and fixing the bugs. The only way to make an open source project better is by 'making' it better. As Gandhi said, 'Be the change you want to see in the world'.
