Nema problema, stavr sa logom ti je ovakva u biti to ti je font "open logos" imaš ga tu: http://www.dafont.com/openlogos.font, i samo upišeš slovo na kojem ti se nalazi logo koji te zanima.

meni je došlo sami u da se na shvati krivo

Motaš skinuti taj font i snimiti ga na /usr/share/fonts.
Onda u Conky-u namjestiš da koristi taj font i 'U' će biti Ubuntu.
