Ajd pomagajte. Kažu da je znatiželja ubila mačku :D Instalirao sam awesome iz oficijalnih repozitorija. ZAnima me kako omogućiti nm-applet i volumeicon da budu vidljivi u statusnoj traci. KOristim openbox trenutno i logiram se u awesome putem lxdm-a. Moram li unijeti nm-applet & i volumeicon & u .xinitrc ili negdje u lua.rc fileu?
Ovako se moram ulogirati u openbox, spojiti na net, odlogirati i ponovno ulogirati u awesome da bi imao pristup netu (koristim usb Mobile internet).

I još nešto, nakon što u awesome izborniku kliknem quit, baci me na login screen lxdm-a koji je potpuno smrznut. Ne mogu ništa osim pomicati miš.

MA gledao sam i čitao. Zanima me hoće li pokrenuti nm-applet ako ga stavim u .xinitrc iako mi je već u /etc/xdg/autostart?
Probat ću nešto skemijat. Našao sam ovaj link http://awesome.naquadah.org/wiki/Nm-applet. E sad, tu kaže da moram dodati usera u netdev. Tamo prikazuje par primjera gdje kopira dijelove fileova. Da li se ti fileovi kopiraju u rc.lua ili u izvorne fileove? Taj dio mi nije jasan, između ostalog :) .

Našao nešto na gentoo wiki vezano uz moj post. Živi bili pa vidjeli kao će to proći :D

Našao sam rješenje! Piše u kada se instaliraju teme (treba čitati :) ). Ugl., u theme.lua treba umjesto

Koliko sam shvatio, sintaksa se ponekad promijeni u novijim verzijama awesoma. Eto, nadam se da će budućim korisnicima awesome wm pomoći u promijenama tema.

Pitanjce. Koji compositing koristite? ZAnima me jer prilikom gledanja videa imam "screen tearing" ili kako to već reći po naški. Probao sam compton-git i cairo-compmgr-git i na oba imam taj problem.

NA comptonu sam imao aktiviranu opciju compton --vsync opengl ali svejedno, pogotovo na fellscreenu.
