Na žalost, ni taj modem nije podržan pod 2.6 erzijom kernela....ništ od toga.....

Ne to raditi! Ne,ne.....

2.4 kernel je davno zastario i vjerojatno ti onda nebi radio ostatak mašine kako treba... pitanje je kako bi funkcionirao udev mehanizam (vjerojatno nikako) uhhhh. Zaboravi na tu opciju!

Elegantnija ti je opcija otići u shop i kupiti neki jeftinela modem, ali prije moramo ustanoviti što radi pod Linuxom!

Bojim se nikako... Conexant chipsetovi nisu podržani od strane Linux kernela....

Jedina šansa ti je ovaj Linuxant site koji daje Conexant drivere za Linux, ali to ne radi besplatno! Odnosno možeš ih downloadati besplatno, ali će raditi jedno 30 dana i onda ih moraš platiti.

Drugo rješenje ne nalazim.
